We’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team based in Adderbury, Oxfordshire. You will work in a team that combines experience and innovation, dedicated to creating the best client experience.

Your role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of bookkeeping clients. We’re looking for someone proactive, full of energy, with great communication skills!

From daily bookkeeping using Xero to preapring VAT returns and management accounts, your work significantly influences our clients’ success. Team up with our accounts department to get ready for year-end tasks and help us find ways to make our services even better.

You need to have experience using Xero and Microsoft Excel. Experience using applications such as Dext and preparing CIS returns would be great, but we can provide training for anyone who’s committed and eager to learn!

Ideally, we would like someone with practice experience. If you don’t have this experience, it’s a fast-paced environment, so you need to be organised and driven to deliver.

Our team

You will join our team of 11 people, with 4 dedicated members in our bookkeeping team. We would prefer a candidate who can work in our office, because it’s our preferred way to collaborate and do our best work. However, we do offer flexible options, including hybrid work arrangements for team members. At our core, we look after our clients, and we look after our team.
